Remote Support - PC

Remote support allows Boocoo Support to interact with your desktop. They will be able to see your screen and also use your mouse and keyboard.

To start a remote support session please follow these instructions:

  1. Download TeamViewer by clicking here
  2. When asked click on Run
  3. Once Team Viewer has started allow the remote connection
  4. Your Help Desk representitive will now connect to your desktop. 
  5. They will now be able to see your screen and interact with you remotely.
