Remote support allows Boocoo Support to interact with your desktop. They will be able to see your screen and also use your mouse and keyboard.
To start a remote support session please follow these instructions:
- Download TeamViewer by clicking here
- When asked click on Run
- Once Team Viewer has started allow the remote connection
- Your Help Desk representitive will now connect to your desktop.
- They will now be able to see your screen and interact with you remotely.
