Remote Support - Mac

Remote support allows Boocoo Support to interact with your desktop. They will be able to see your screen and also use your mouse and keyboard.

To start a remote support session please follow these instructions:

  1. Click this link to download the remote support program Team Viewer:
    http://get.teamviewer.com/jp8ggv7
  2. When asked select Save File
  3. Open the TeamViewerQS.zip from your browsers downloads list
  4. This will create a TeamViewer QuickSupport program in your downloads folder
  5. Double click the program to open TeamViewer
  6. Click on Open
  7. Once Team Viewer has started you will see an ID number
  8. Give this information to your Help Desk representative.
  9. Your Help Desk representitive will now connect to your desktop. 
  10. They will now be able to see your screen and interact with you remotely.
