Remote support allows Boocoo Support to interact with your desktop. They will be able to see your screen and also use your mouse and keyboard.
To start a remote support session please follow these instructions:
- Click this link to download the remote support program Team Viewer:
- When asked select Save File
- Open the TeamViewerQS.zip from your browsers downloads list
- This will create a TeamViewer QuickSupport program in your downloads folder
- Double click the program to open TeamViewer
- Click on Open
- Once Team Viewer has started you will see an ID number
- Give this information to your Help Desk representative.
- Your Help Desk representitive will now connect to your desktop.
- They will now be able to see your screen and interact with you remotely.
